FAQS

Q. What if I need to cancel?

A. Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and “no show” appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than the 48 hours of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Less than 24 hours or “no shows” will be charged the full cost of treatment.
Any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid, thank you for your understanding.

Q. How early should I arrive for my Spa treatments?

A. If you’ve not been to Beauty & Complimentary Health before, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment time to complete a medical history form and carry out a skin consultation.

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. If needed for your treatment we will provide you with a robe and slippers. We can supply you with disposable underwear as privacy is always of utmost importance. Please don’t bring any valuables to the spa as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Q. What if I am late?

A. If you arrive late we will need to limit the time of your treatment in order to avoid delaying the next appointments.

Q. Should I avoid the Spa if I’m pregnant?

A. Not at all, we have a number of products and treatments which are specially designed with you in mind.

Q. Should men shave before a facial?

A. Yes, we recommend men shave a the night before their appointment.

Q. Do I have to de-robe completely for my treatment?

A. Our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discretely to protect your privacy. You are also welcome to wear your own undergarments, or we can provide disposable ones; whatever makes you most comfortable.

Q. Can I ask for things to be changed during my treatment?

A. Of course; we can adjust music, lighting or provide more covers for example. If you have any injuries or conditions please tell your therapist. There is no pressure to chat during treatments; it is entirely up to you – your therapist will take their lead from you.
