Booking Appointments

We accept bookings directly through our online booking system, by phone or by email. We will require your full name, contact number and address to secure your booking. You will be sent a booking confirmation to secure your booking and any relevant consultation and payment forms via email.

For appointments booked by phone or email a non-refundable booking deposit will be required, with the balance payable on your appointment. If you have previously failed to adhere to our cancellation policy you may be asked to pay in full in advance.
 Online bookings are reserved by credit card capture. This allows a secure booking without charging for the time a client schedules their appointment. By submitting your card details you are agreeing to the terms and conditions . No payment will be taken at the time of booking. However if a client violates the cancellation policy or fails to attend their card will be charged as per cancellation policy.

If you require a patch test, please ensure this is booked and attended in sufficient time for your treatment to go ahead. Please allow 24hrs

No payment will be taken at this time unless the treatment you are booking requires a non refundable deposit.


Payments for both products and treatments can be made by either Cash or Bank Transfer

What to expect on your visit?

Is it your first time visiting Beauty and Complimentary Health? We know it can be quite daunting visiting a new salon, we promise to be gentle with you!

If you have not been to Beauty and Complimentary Health before, you may be nervous about our health and safety procedures, the condition of your skin, if the treatment you have chosen is right for you and in general what to expect.

We want you to relax and enjoy your salon visit. We are here to welcome you, address and advise you on the most beneficial treatments and products for your concerns.

Before you visit Beauty and Complimentary Health

If you are uncertain about any aspect of any treatment please talk to us. We offer a free 15 min consultation.

If you are having any tinting or lash procedures you will be asked to call into salon 24hrs prior to your appointment for a patch test. This is to make sure you have no allergies or reactions to the product.
All our skincare, body care, tanning and even hair removal is natural and organic to minimise allergies.

On your visit you will be asked health and medical conditions so any concerns you have at this time can be discussed to reassure you.

We are fully qualified, trained by some of the most prestigious professionals to deliver only the best treatments and therapies. All our qualifications can be reviewed on request.

We have carried out a full risk assessment on all our treatments and we are confident that we can continue to provide these safely.

We will try to make your treatments as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as much as possible. If you have any concerns about treatments or any of our salon policies please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

Health Advice

You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire prior to your appointments. It is important for us to know if you are pregnant or have undergone any medical surgery, have any medical issues, serious conditions or allergies. If you fail to notify us of any medical conditions we reserve the right to refuse offering you treatment and the charge for the treatment time will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate things crop up if you are unable to attend your appointment please notify us as soon as possible. 
Please give at least 48 Hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment as courtesy to ourselves and our clients who are currently on the waiting list for appointments. 
Our online booking system allows you to be in control of your own appointments. You can cancel or reschedule at any time. Confirmation emails are sent out on appointments scheduled and a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to give at least 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment.
 Reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours or less or fail to show to appointments will be charged in full.
 Please be on time for your appointments, if you are late this may result in you not being able to have your treatment and may still be charged.
 By proceeding to book you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Gift Vouchers

Give your loved one the gift of beauty and health with one of our beautiful gift vouchers designed for all treatments. Gift vouchers can be purchase in salon as a physical voucher or purchased as a download by clicking the 'Products' button below.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged if lost, stolen or defaced.
 No change will be given.
 Voucher can be used multiple times to the value. Any outstanding monies to be paid in cash or bank transfer.
 Appointments missed on the day will deem gift voucher void as per terms and conditions of cancellation policy.
