Appointments can be made online, by phone or face to face.
All services require a 50% non refundable booking fee to secure the appointment, which will be deducted from the final bill. This applies to online bookings as well as face to face or over the phone. This deposit is used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel prior to 48 hours notice as per cancellation policy.
We accept bank transfers or cash for final payment on the day. We do not take credit card payments
We have carried out a full risk assessment on all our treatments and we are confident that we can continue to provide these safely.
We will try to make your treatments as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as much as possible. If you have any concerns about treatments or any of our salon policies please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Please note that our treatments are for ladies only.
If you need to cancel, adjust, or move your appointment, we require 48 hours notice to do so, otherwise a charge of 50% will be incurred to cover the costs. This will result in the loss of your 50% booking fee.
These charges apply per treatment and so include cancelling, amending or rescheduling part of a booking (For example booking a full leg &bikini but only wanting to go ahead with the bikini on the day.)
For appointments adjusted, or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice your booking fee will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded as required.
If appointments are repeatedly missed or cancelled/rescheduled, we may ask for full payment upfront at the time of booking to secure any future appointments. By proceeding to book you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and entering a legal contract.

On your visit you will be asked health and medical conditions so any concerns you have at this time can be discussed to reassure you.
Children under the age of 10 years old are not permitted in the salon. Children between 10-16 years old that are having treatment must be accompanied by an adult. Please note we are unable to offer a waiting room area at this time for children.
